Charleston Marina Administrative Office Closed to Public

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: 

The Charleston Marina office will be closed to the public until further notice.  Administrative staff will continue working in the office and will be available to receive payments, answer telephone calls, and respond to email.  Critical functions such as security and maintenance will also continue.  As a Port Authority and community, we need to ensure that we practice the guidelines issued by the Oregon Health Authority and the Center for Disease Control. 

If you need to make a payment, you may do so by credit card payment over the telephone, or with cash or check through the drop slot.  Customers may also set up an online account via the port’s website: https://oipocb.specialdistrict.org/.  Technical support is available through the Finance department if customers are experiencing issues.  Online accounts are for existing customers and must be approved by an administration prior to Marina clients completing transactions.  Customers may also leave a credit card on file for payment with Marina office staff to establish automatic monthly billing.

Check-in, payments and check-out are now all done via the slot in the door OR via phone for the time being. Phone is preferred as customers need codes and other details regardless. Per the executive order yesterday, the RV Park is still open for business. However, no new yurt reservations will be taken until more is determined with COVID-19.
